Vendor Rules and Regulations

Please read all rules before proceeding to sign up as a vendor!

• 10x10 booths come (1) 8' wooden table and two chairs. Additional tables and other furniture may be ordered from the in house decorator "Lexpo" - We will send out a packet to pre-order these items 15 days before the show.
• Electric is NOT provided at your booth but can be purchased from the decorator in advance of the show - Look for the order form in your email approximately 15 days before the show.
• Tables do not come with a table cover and you must provide some sort of table covering. Queen sheets work well in a pinch.
• Setup is 7am-8:45am, no vendor is allowed to load in after 9:00am.
• Absolutely NO venomous animals allowed except Hognose snakes
• All animals must be kept in clean, suitable, secure and humane containers.
• Only paid vendors are allowed to sell or display animals. Please do not bring your pet from home.
• All vendors/sellers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated.
• All animals must be in good health and condition, any animals appearing unhealthy will be remove from the venue.
• Vendor tables must be presented in a way that appears clean and professional.
• Tables are non refundable. You can cancel and transfer tables to the next show, if canceling more than 7 days prior to event.

Kentucky Reptile Expo, Central Bank Center, and Rupp Arena cannot be held responsible for damage, theft or injuries. We reserve the right to expel anyone that is in violation of these rules. The show coordinator reserves the right to remove any animal or any exhibitor for any reason.

The Kentucky Department of Revenue requires that all vendors be registered to collect 6% sales tax. We have temporary tax certificates available but ultimately it is your responsibility to ensure you are in compliance with the department of revenue! We are now required by law to submit a full vendor list to the KY Department of Revenue after each show.

We stringently enforce Kentucky Fish and Wildlife Law. No abuses of this law will be tolerated by our vendors or attendees. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the legality of any animal in the state of Kentucky.

Kentucky Dept. of Fish & Wildlife does require that all animals imported into the state be accompanied by a signed transportation permit which is available online for a cost of $25.00.

No Giant, Marine or Cane Toads
No Prairie Dogs
No Tongueless or African Clawed Frogs
No African Land Snails
No Venomous (Hognose allowed)
